The gear, working

Not a render. Our wall, lit.

Mercado Libre with Williams Racing. Swatch for the MIDO launch. Rayados' 15-city tour. Shell. The same inventory you'd be renting.

Six sizes, one service

Pick the wall. We do the rest.

Every booking is turnkey: delivery across LA County, install on our own ground support, Novastar VX1000 processing, a Mac and an operator running playback, calibration, content tested the day before, and strike the same night. Our rack runs its own UPS and voltage stabilizer on the control chain, so a venue power dip doesn't take your show down mid-keynote.

Drawn to scale, with the diagonal in inches. For reference, a large living-room TV is 85" — the smallest wall here is about three of them by area, the largest closer to eight.

Two of these land on 16:9 — if your content is a standard 1080p edit, the 11.5' × 6.6' and the 14.7' × 8.2' take it with no letterboxing and no crop.

Rates are for a ground-stacked build. Want it hung on goal-post towers instead — cleaner face, or the wall lifted off the deck? Add 20%.

All rates are per day, fully installed and crewed — wall, delivery, ground support, on-site technician and strike included. Multi-day: day one at the full rate, each additional day at 60%, because the install and strike are only paid once. Custom aspect ratios and twin flanking towers priced on request, and if the job is bigger than 60 panels we scale it. Racing simulators, PA and interactive installations bundle with the wall.

Before you ask

The usual questions.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size, how many days, and how hard the load-in is. Turnkey day rates start at — that's the wall, delivery, install, technician and strike, all in. Call or send the form and you'll have a real number within the hour, not a "contact us for pricing" runaround.

Can I just rent the panels and install them myself?

No — we only book turnkey. Fine-pitch P2.6 panels get damaged by crews that haven't hung them before, and a wall that goes dark mid-keynote is our name on it, not just yours. The technician isn't an upsell, it's how we keep the gear working. Rental houses and production companies with their own LED crew: call us, that conversation is different.

How big can you go?

We own 60 panels — 15 m², or a 19.6' × 8.2' single wall — plus spares we carry to every job, so a failed panel gets swapped on site instead of leaving a black square in your content. Beyond 15 m² we scale with our supplier, so bigger builds are possible with a bit more lead time. We'll tell you upfront if your size needs panels we have to bring in.

Can you fly the wall from truss?

No — we build on ground support, not flown. That covers booths, stages, lobbies and ballrooms, which is where these walls live. If your design needs the wall off the deck and hung from overhead points, that is a rigging-engineered job and you want a house that specialises in it. We would rather say so now than at load-in.

Is it indoor or outdoor?

Indoor only. At 600 nit and 2.6 mm pitch these panels are built for close viewing in controlled light — booths, ballrooms, stages, lobbies, conference rooms. In direct daylight they wash out, so an outdoor job needs a different, brighter product. We'll tell you that rather than sell you the wrong wall.

Will it band or flicker on camera?

No. The panels run at a 3840 Hz refresh rate, which is well above what a camera shutter picks up — no scan lines, no rolling bands, no strobing in your recap video. It matters more than people expect: most of what happens in front of an activation wall ends up on a phone or a camera, and cheaper panels running 1920 Hz or lower will ruin that footage.

What content format do you need?

It depends on the configuration — see the table above for the exact pixel dimensions of each. Two of the five are 16:9, so a standard 1080p edit drops straight in. Confirm the size with us before you finish the edit, and send files a day ahead so we can test them on the actual wall. We run a Novastar VX1000 with a Mac and our own operator, so any standard format works and you don't need to supply a playback machine. Bringing your own laptop over HDMI is fine too.

What happens if the venue power dips?

Our rack carries its own UPS and voltage stabilizer on the control chain — processor, playback machine and switch. A brownout or a dip doesn't interrupt anything. On a full outage the panels go dark with the room, but the moment power returns the wall relights in seconds with your content still cued, instead of the several minutes a cold reboot costs you. Venue power in older LA rooms is not always clean, and this is the difference between a three-second hiccup and a dead stage.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes — we're insured and we can provide a certificate for your venue. Most venues also want the vendor named on their side; send us the venue's requirements when you book and we'll handle the paperwork before load-in.

How late can I book?

If the panels are free, a small build can go same day; a full 60-panel wall is realistically next day, because the ground support gets staged first. Peak season in LA runs October through December and the calendar fills, so earlier is better. Ask us either way — we'd rather tell you no fast than leave you hanging.

Can I rent other gear with it?

Yes. We own racing simulators with custom branding and built-in lead capture, a JBL PA with console, display monitors and an interactive foosball table. Turnkey activation builds bundle the wall, sims, audio and crew into one day rate.
